ROUNDOVER ROUTER BIT: Shank: 1/2"; Radius: 1โ€. Two flutes with bearing. INDUSTRIAL QUALITY ROUND OVER BEADING ROUTER BIT: Excellent for producing smooth, uniformly rounded edges. Great for edging, beading and/or molding applications. And can be used without the bearing as a standard straight bit, Great for combined plunge-cutting and pattern/template routing. USE RANGE for ROUNDOVER ROUTER BIT: Suitable for hard woods, mdf, laminate, particle board, plywood compact panel and etc. Avoid cutting metal and non-wood materials. Heavy Duty Round Drill Bit

first tested and broken through on a pine tree. a pass in a 2 HP Bosch router Then some maple. The HP number is a bit low, I had to use my Festool 2200 to do a real test on a thin strip of wood where the bearing makes contact and made a two pass cut, worked like a charm, perfectly rounded and smooth Cut . The bit dissipates heat very well. In Aman or Whiteside this racket will be 2-3 times more expensive. Installation can be tricky, use the 1" radius rod as a guide for setup. this manufacturerโ€ฆ

Great, make sure you read the description correctly.

This is going to be a short and sweet review simply because I can't use this device. My mistake was ordering a VERY large attachment for my small router. With that in mind, I can speak with confidence about the structures and building materials used in this piece. Seems top notch and the spindle is sturdy and I'm sure it will work well on heavy machines for rounding large pieces of wood, I just can't test it. So check the size and don't make the mistake I made reading the description. I thought
