Just got it in the mail and they look great. I see a lot of fake reviews, and while some of them may be fake, it's important to do a little research. I did some quick web searches and came back with the following. First of all, NOT ALL RIBANS ARE MADE IN ITALY. Go to the Luxottica website and read that they have factories in Italy and China. I've been waiting for new glasses. These glasses look like they have been worn or very old. The nose pads are worn, the screws are tarnished and it looks like dirt has gotten stuck between the plastic and metal parts of the frame. The top of the frame was also a little scratched and the glasses didn't feel strong. I'm not sure if it's because of the metal frame and model, but how much these glasses cost, I think it's not a good buy. :(

I was shocked that it came in a cheap box with no lens cleaning cloth, labels or any sign of it being Ray Ban. Also, it was made in China. (I know they also make it in China) but because it's made in China it looks and feels like a fake. If I had known it was made in China I would not have bought it. Glasses look great. I like the color combination. I'm happy with the dark brown plastic part and the gunmetal to go with it. My biggest problem is the packaging. The case did not come with a Ray Ban box like my previous Ray Ban purchase which makes me doubt its authenticity. In fact, the packaging was terrible. The body was placed on a flat cardboard box and wrapped in polyethylene. If I bought this for myself it wouldn't be so bad but it's a gift for my mom.

Arrived quickly and cost exactly as advertised, hundreds less than the local optician was selling them. These are genuine items, not fakes, and they are of very high quality. I bought both the standard Clubmasters for my regular clear bifocal lens and the foldable Clubmasters which I received as single vision sunglasses. These frames can be described with two words "simply incredible". Very happy with it, at the same time I saved a lot of money. Other retailers were looking for a frame priced at $175 and up.
