I have built 3 Martian II frames and enjoy how much space they have

I have built 3 Martian II frames and enjoy how much space they have. This one is very similar to others I've built; However, the top and bottom plates were about 1mm thinner than any other frame I have. I got a few flights but ended up breaking the top and bottom plates in a hard collision with the monkey bars. I split other frames in the same place and they are saved. That's when I noticed the difference between this frame and others. That being said, if you're a fairly conservative pilot and…

Nice frame but no blueprints

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this frame. I've heard horror stories about the Martian II frame. Missing parts, poor workmanship, holes misaligned. My frame was beautiful, all the details were there and everything was fine. The only problem was that there were no assembly instructions or diagrams in the box that came with the frame. I don't know if this is an accident or if readytosky thinks you can find out. Since this was the first frame I've ever put together, I didn't get a…

Get this frame! Why spend $100 on an alien!? Love it!

I love this frame. I've ridden this thing at speed on frozen ground and metal posts, rock faces and it's been fine every time. I've bought frames that haven't survived a single fall, but this one is very strong. To be honest I see no reason to spend $100 on a real Alien frame. Except for the great purple screws. I ended up not using the red PDB that came with the kit just because it doesn't have a 5V pad. I used my typical Matek PDB which I use for all my frames. I was nervous that the lack of…

best entry level frame you can buy

Purchased to take apart an existing Martian II build with a broken arm and top plate peeled off. To be honest, the carbon is exactly the same as the RealACC version of this frame, the packaging is equal or better in some situations, and it cost me a little less than the $30 I spent on Banggood for the original . Haven't flown the supplied props yet, but if they are indeed 5030s they are very smooth and great props for a new pilot (lots of high RPM, forgiving low-mid throttle, energy…
