Pinch pinches best in vision

Overall I like these S-Nez glasses for extended reading. Better than my $$$ varifocals. On the other hand, they sting a little. I think glasses with thin optics are not only lighter, but also a little less dense. I have used both brands and switched. They are worth buying in the long run and are very convenient.

I've struggled with Thin Optics for years and they are so much better! They even come with a cleaning cloth, which doesn't sound like much, but since you can't clean thin optics without scratching them, they're a lot better. Sturdy body, better lenses, more stylish! Very satisfied! TO UPDATE! Although they are much better quality than ThinOptics, the teflon sleeve that is held on the nose (see image) doesn't hold the glasses in place so while they last longer they don't stay on the nose which…

All you can do is read with them.

This can apply to any pair of pince-nez glasses. Located especially at the tip of the nose, these goggles don't tolerate any wearer movement at all, which is good for reading, but tend to slip or fall off if you aggressively tie your laces. I haven't tried wearing them on the bridge of my nose as they basically work (for me) like the bottom half of a B focus lens and the top half without glasses (medium to wide vision).
