🎒 Rebecca Minkoff Julian Backpack Black: Sleek and Chic for On-the-go Style Review

My better half wanted to take this bag with me when I was traveling. It originally cost $295 and we got it for $145 and it's not even Black Friday yet. Check! She loves the backpack, thanks!

I looked at this bag for over two weeks to see if the color would grow on me but it didn't. It's more of a burgundy. I have a black one that I really like, I actually skinned it. So I jumped on this product because it was a good price and thought that "reddish color" might be a good option. Unfortunately had to go back.

The leather on this case was beautiful - better than some of the other colors I've seen but I decided to return it as my iPhone 7+ didn't fit in the back outside zip pocket . I was disappointed because it fit in an earlier version of the same bag. Later stocks have a much shorter pocket. For me, if I can't put my phone in an outside pocket, it loses its practicality and convenience.

I really like the backpack but I'm upset because it was obviously used by someone before it was sold to me as I found a pill box with blue pills Aleve, in one of the inside pockets. I think for the money I've spent I should be assured of a new, unused product. I'm attaching a picture of the pill container and pills I found in the backpack.

I received this bag today and overall I love it, especially the combination of the red color and silver hardware, it's very roomy and looks good quality, the leather is soft but remains sharp after I put it all on. My stuff is in there, but there is one thing I should consider before buying this bag. I also checked the Rebecca Minkoff website which said "3 interior patch pockets, 1 interior zip pocket" but there are no interior zip pockets. this bag and I want it to be :(

I was so happy to get this bag but then I was disappointed. I have many quality leather bags and I was expecting it to be the same on arrival but instead the leather this bag is made of looked cheap. It was light, thin and had flaws that I couldn't justify. I finally came back, I liked the design and size of this bag so I wanted it to work. This bag lacked the quality of other designer brands in this price range and would not last like my other bags.
