Work Saver - Integrated Lighting

Too bad I didn't take a picture for everyone to see. This saves me having to show the ceiling to convert the 1978 recessed lighting to LED. Ease of installation.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Protection

Best option for the situation

In a house full of Lightolier cans these strips are the best option for retrofitting modern LED replacement lights/panels.

Pros
  • Heavy duty construction
Cons
  • Low maintenance

Easy installation. for electrics

This product was extremely easy to install and allowed me to install an LED light without changing the glass. Must be sold in quantities less than 4 pieces.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Hard to say

Allows me to retrofit recessed lighting

It is very easy to use. Actually you don't have to screw it. Just spread it apart slightly to fit snugly in the existing can.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Extremely difficult to install.

They work but are extremely difficult to fit into an existing case unless you pull the case out of the ceiling. Surely there is a simpler design for sale instead.

Pros
  • Crossing my fingers
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Do not use screw

I tried screwing them into a jar but it was very difficult so I just opened them up a bit to make them fit snugly, put the modified LEDs in the C-clamp and plugged everything in and they stayed . Saves a lot of time and effort.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • No insurance

Extremely difficult to install.

These will work but are extremely difficult to install into an existing enclosure unless you pull the enclosure out of the ceiling. Surely there is a simpler design for sale instead.

Pros
  • Enclosure
Cons
  • Drill Pack

Don't use screw

I tried screwing them into the jar but it was very difficult so I just opened them up a little to fit snugly, the modified LEDs into the c- clip and everything pasted and it stays. Saves a lot of time and effort.

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • There are new competitors

Didn't know these existed!

I've recently been trying to incorporate LED bulbs into my recessed lights. One set of recessed lights did not have brackets to install the springs of the new lights. I came up with a contraption, but I wasn't satisfied with the way it looked. I told myself that no one would notice but me (probably they do). Then I got an email saying "Products you might be interested in" so I took a chance and ordered them. They are a lot thicker and stronger than I thought. It took about 2 minutes to install…

Pros
  • Recessed Lights
Cons
  • Out of fashion
