Nothing for tattoo artists, great for cycling.

OK this is a great light super bright BUT the red light on the back which is little mentioned in the description is always on. It would be great if this light didn't depend on the main light up front. This lantern is great for hiking, especially for solo travelers. If you get lost or injured, the flashing feature will help people find you.

Bright Headlight is good for safety

I absolutely LOVE the Cosoos Bright LED headlamp! I work in tight spaces and need hands to operate tools and move things. With the Cosoos headlamp I can see what I'm doing and use both hands. It's light and comfortable. The perfect gift for the person who works in dimly lit areas or needs extra light to get the job done.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far

Light up the night well for flashlights and hands-free headtorches

I use this on low from about 3:30am to 5am four days a week before charging. 45 minutes and it is fully charged. 3 hours and done. But in low light there is enough light to do its job in complete darkness. After 4 weeks it is still cool and shows no signs of fading. be defective and returned to the seller. These things will get the job done as you can get 2 for $20 so I can use both at high speeds and charge them daily.

Pros
  • Some competitors
Cons
  • Concise manual

Don't get "Flash " mode but otherwise.

Maybe the rear red light is flashing, but I suspect most people buy them to have some light to work with and the front/white light flashing strikes me as odd. And I had to fix (re-solder) one of my headlamps after only a few uses, but then again, it wasn't hard to figure out what happened and how to fix it. The front light is bright and diffused, illuminating almost your entire work/walk/active area. The battery doesn't last a full work shift, but it does last a couple of hours. good for money

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Obsolete model

The best headlight for running in the dark.

I walk an hour every morning before sunrise on a mountain road with little traffic. I have used many different lamps over the years. I like this one best. It has three modes: bright, dim and strobe. I use the dim setting and charge once a week. It's comfortable and illuminates the path well enough to see tripping hazards. I pull off the road when a car comes up behind me, but I feel safer when the backlight lets drivers know I'm there. The on/off switch is easy to press even when wearing…

Bright COSOOS LED headlamp

Received quickly. Bought these for my husband for housework. Arriving just in time, he was working with a searchlight under the house when a water pipe broke. Brilliantly lit up the area he was working on, also worked on his car and some other stuff at night and really enjoyed it. Perfectly charged, they still do not have to be recharged. Great coverage, he likes that they are light and not bulky. I'm giving the second one to my son. I would definitely recommend the COSOOS headlamp to anyone…

Great light but needs better quality control

These lights are very good. They offer a good amount of light to illuminate your surroundings. Not as bright as a normal flashlight, but illuminates a large area better. Being rechargeable is good, but one of the flashlights doesn't have a very good battery and dies within a night of use. The other lasted at least 3 nights camping before needing to be recharged. I contacted Revain and they refunded me half the price as it was outside the return window. Not the most human-friendly light. It is…

Great light for anything that requires using your hands

I've only used the flashlight a couple of times. It was very bright at maximum settings. In fact, it blinded people if they looked at me while it was on. But the lower setting is bright enough to illuminate the area (it has a wide arc) and doesn't stop other people from looking at you. Lots of people marked it on the back strap because of the red light, but I was fine with that (possibly useful for cyclists or for working along the road as a safety light). I gave it 5 stars for the battery…

  • Free for educational use
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Bought for running Good for safety

Due to my work schedule I have to start running at 4:45 am. It doesn't really matter in July when twilight hits around 5am, but now that it's getting late this year my runs are over before the sun rises over the horizon. I wanted the light to help me see the path ahead, and also for safety reasons, to help others see me. And just this morning the overcast sky hid any light from the moon or the stars, so it was a dark morning to run. I love how it feels on my head. I wear a headband when I run…
