I love this hair remover. It is powerful and more powerful than the Vivitan battery I have. The head is large enough to remove large hairs but also removes hairs in hard-to-reach places. It's also easy to clean. I would recommend it.

Pictures of this item show that it has a detachable base; it is not. The description says that if it slows down or freezes, change the battery; You can't get to the battery, it's a waterproof sealed case. I bought it on April 28, 2021 and on July 1, 2021 it stopped working completely. Aside from cleaning the head, NOTHING is serviceable about this item.
