Game Changer for HIIT Although they are good for strengthening I prefer to keep them solely for HIIT as they are an old model I want them to last a long time. I don't just wear them on the concrete at the gym or the rubber floor in the basement. If you have narrow feet like me, I wear double socks because I like my sneakers to be a bit tight when doing HIIT.
Looks good but fits like yoga pants. My advice. half your number. They are snug so I wouldn't buy them if you have a fat and wide foot. Good material, light, strong so probably durable. Not quite the comfort you'd expect from Reebok, but I just got them, should wear them for at least a day.
Well I don't train in these shoes but I wear them to work and spend most of the day standing and walking. They are amazing! They fit snugly and have a wide, flat but well-cushioned sole. Will definitely be ordering more pairs!
I do a lot of high-intensity interval training and core exercise, and my previous cross-training shoes slipped everywhere while I was on the mat. So far these shoes have been phenomenal. They are extremely comfortable and have different grip styles in the right places to prevent slipping. Two thumbs up from this friend!
I have never tried a shoe with this type of ankle padding but I thought the price was fair and gave it a try. While I like the fit it initially took a while to get used to the extra pressure around the ankle but nothing too difficult. However, this is definitely a running shoe. Running isn't perfect when they're on you. Your knees, shins, and soles of your feet suffer when you walk too much.
I do Bodycombat every day and it's a tough workout that requires high performance shoes, THIS! I'm a women's size 8, so I ordered a men's size 6.5. Fits perfectly. I love everything about this shoe. It's lightweight and works like no other. I have a lot of shoes and am picky. They hit my $110 alpha bounce.
