Nice shoes for flat feet

The NIke Metcon had A LOT of high arches for this newbie with flat feet but these Nanos (my second pick) fit well - a bit heavy and not as flexible as my other sneakers but I think they keep me stable on tough climbs. Not suitable for runs over 800m or so.

Comfortable and stylish

New CrossFit program started. I have these to keep my shape and I love how they look and feel. Received many compliments from others at the gym. The color looks really great. They're a bit awkward to run at first, but they're not designed for this purpose, so I'm not getting frustrated. I wear sneakers on days when I run more and lift less weight.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Some bugs

I love these shoes so much that I immediately ordered one.

I love these shoes so much I've just ordered my second pair. I use them daily for my CrossFit workouts and they are by far the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. They also provide targeted support for a variety of functional range of motion exercises. If you have wide feet they are a must as there is more than enough room for your toes. I love her!

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Useless features

Not for wide/flat feet

I really wanted to love her. I am a HUGE Nano 6 fan and they are nowhere near the same. Flexweave and neoprene inside are amazing. But the hard plastic near the arch killed them for me. The Nano 6 is slightly wider and fits my flat feet better. The hard plastic near the archway just cut into my archway and I took them off after wearing them around the house for 2 minutes. So if you have anything remotely wide/flat feet I don't recommend them.

Without a doubt the best CrossFit training shoe

Without a doubt the best CrossFit training shoe. I'm used to wearing Nike Metcons and Metcon Flyknits and the Nano 8 blows them both out of the water. I will never wear methcons in training ever again. The Nano has a flat, extremely stable sole as well as amazing cushioning and enough support to prevent shin splints and cramps during intense training sessions. I have high arches and I have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable enough for working out and yet remain flat, but these are…

Functional shoes for functional fitness

Me. Love. This. Shoes. As a long-time innov8 fan, I needed a change of hut, but couldn't decide. These fit the bill! After reading numerous reviews I scaled down 1/2 and they fit perfectly. Like a glove. They were a bit tight out of the box but stretched perfectly in 3 socks. Please note my feet are narrow but wide apart so they may fit truer to size or larger for someone with a narrower toe spacing. The material is robust, but moves with you. Used them for all aspects of CrossFit, from…

Great Investment for Metcons!

I love these shoes so much. I started CrossFit about 4 months ago and as the weight I lift, particularly on Olympic lifts, increased it became obvious that I needed to go beyond my regular CrossFit shoes and put on shoes with good heel stability and flat soles. and some structured support. It offers all of this in an incredibly light shoe that breathes. I often wear them without socks, it's just not necessary, they are like a sock. I also liked this color. I take about 1/2 size smaller than…

The best shoes for Crossfit!

CrossFit for five years and I've worn pretty much every Nano made by Reebok, Grace and Nike Metcons (which gave me terrible double bottom calf braces). These are definitely my favourites! Better than my previous favorites Nano 2s, Nano 6s and Grace. They are great for box jumps as the rubber outsole holds up well. Haven't used them for rope climbing yet but I think they will work really well. Plenty of space in the toe area, the heel does not slip. This shoe really hugs my feet without digging…

Very supportive but stretchy.

I needed a very comfortable plyometric shoe with a wide toe box for bunions. Finally stumbled across them and bought the cheapest color in case they don't fit. At first the sock was too tight, but by the end of the first session (about an hour) the shoe had stretched enough to be perfect. My feet were snug in the shoes - not slippery at all - but I had no pain in my big toe joint. The photos show the shoes after being used 4-5 times a week for 30-50 minutes per workout for the last 5.5 weeks. A
