I really wanted to like this bottle but there is something seriously wrong with the cap/spout design.It is constantly leaking out from the top even when not being used.you use the cap to measure and pour the detergent and when you place it back on the bottle, any drips from inside the cap leak towards the outside of the bottle after you place the cap back on.

This is not the soap dispenser to get if you want the liquid to actually stay in the container. It leaks all over the place. I even got the first one replaced through the manufacturer because I thought it was a manufacturing defect but it seems it's just terribly designed. The glass and plastic parts are not water tight. Liquid from the cap also leaks out instead of draining back into the dispenser.

When I got a new washer and dryer, I also replaced the pedestals which ended up being less deep than the previous set.I discovered I could fit a 40oz detergent bottle but prefer to buy the bigger ones and refill as needed. These are easy to fill and come with a measuring cap. They do not come in different colors so I labeled them and the cap.

I like the size as it’s easier than using the large Costco-size container. However, the cap constantly leaks and drips detergent all down the side the bottle. Ive tried cleaning it up but it is now starting to stain the bottle and get stuck between the glass and silicone wrap. I’ve decided to stop using and will just throw it away. I do not recommend anyone else to purchase.

so sad to discover that this product leaks. it has a no drip pour spout which catches everything it should. however, where the lid meats the glass it is CONSTANTLY dripping which leaves ring on my shelves, wastes product, & leaves my with slimy hands/dropping the entire bottle.

No matter how careful you pour the detergent from this bottle, it creates a drippy mess. Love the idea of more earth-friendly packaging. The liquid detergent is fine. The accompanying bottle is a total fail. This comment also applies to the dish soap dispenser. Will probably use a traditional bottle once the contents are used up from another brand. So sad as I really like the bottle's smaller footprint.

It leaks - a lot! I use this for fabric softener & am careful when I pour it from the container into the lid for measurement but no matter what I do the liquid leaks down the sides of the container when the lid is placed back on it.

the item works fine. however for people with arthritic hands, it being glass it worrisome. I wish it wasn't glass or had a handle on it for better gripping.

Very disappointed in this product. It looks nice but the soap drips and leaks all down the container. Do not purchase unless you want to constantly clean the outside of the container and your countertop…

I'm an absolute monster for the Cleancult sandalwood scented detergent. I sniff the box like a junkie every time I do my laundry, and I can't imagine myself buying any other kind of detergent. The reason I even went to Cleancult was because I wanted to lower my laundry's carbon footprint and use less waste materials, so their paper box packaging was super ideal. After realizing I was using too much detergent, I decided to get this bottle so I could better measure my detergent and not waste it…

I loved the idea of this product as well as the look. The unfortunate thing it leaks just looking at it. I have rinsed the outside after every use and go back to use it again and there is soap on the outside. I don't know how that happens. I will try the plumbers tape and hope that takes care of the issue.

Sturdy but missing a cap and smaller than I expected. Also they are all dirty from the box. It looks like they are used! That's my feedback.

While this product is well made and of great quality, it’s not practical as it is so messy. The detergent drips down the sides.It would make a great bedside water carafe/cup

I bought this product so I do not have to lug out the huge detergent container every load. Best Buy showed how convenient and non messy it was. Well I just grabbed it for my second load and it was slimmy and had leaked all over itself. What a waste of money!

Wanted to make laundry closet look neater. Definitely does that but two part top doesn't drain excess into bottle like it appears it would. It leaks out the edges between two parts when you screw on the cup part. to the spout part. Not the end of the world I just wipe it off with whatever im washing but not convenient.

Great bottle. The only thing I thought would improve it is if the amount of liquid in the refill containers fit the amount of space available in the bottle. The bottle can't fit all the liquid which would just be a nice feature so you can just fill it and toss the carton in the recycling.

The product itself is very lovely. Sturdy plastic/glass/silicone. However, I find that if I don't throw the cap in the wash (or thoroughly rinse it) every single time, then detergent will always dribble down the side of the bottle.

I love the bottles and the look of them but they leak. I was so sad when I had laundry detergent leaking all over the place. Hubby fixed it by getting a couple of O-rings for the lid and cutting bigger drainage holes inside. Other than that, they’re great.

I have had two of these now, back to back. The first one dropped from a height of about 4 feet and broke, I thought that was reasonable, so I replaced it. I've had the replacement for a while now, and it also broke. On that occasion I was setting it down and it slipped about 2 inches from the floor. It never occurred to me that it would break from only that slight drop, especially because of the silicone bottom. I'm so annoyed that it actually broke from just a 2 inch drop. The next time I went

Soap leaks down the side of the bottle and causes it to gum up. I have to clean it regularly, which I didn’t expect. The dispenser is not suitable for use with fabric softeners or bleach!
