I bought several different vests from different vendors for my husband to wear at the factory. This one was just like the others in this price range - didn't cost a penny. Don't waste your money unless you are looking for a disposable vest. Wear it once and it falls apart.

Pros
  • good thing
Cons
  • big and bulky

Good life jacket for the money...

Very good life jacket. I've washed it twice and no problems like others have said (but I think you should know how to wash...gentle cycle fools...lol). But you can tell it's not sewn together for eternity. I agree because I didn't buy a $35 life jacket. I bought one for less than $20...and so far it's holding up well. It's been 4-6 months so far so good. I feel like I got my money's worth with it.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • unreliable

Far from safe or durable

My job is to be in the truck all day from 5am to 5pm, I'm quite skinny but it fits me very well, I like that it is light and the color but it's already literally peeling at the seams and the reflective material feels cheap with a glossy sheen up close, not reflective like a safety vest should be, at a price I expected better , since name brand vests are $5-$10 just put them on. If I don't have that color I doubt it will survive the machine wash let alone physical construction or something.

  • Price
Cons
  • So far so good
