It was just what I needed for the radio I had to use at work. and it worked wonderfully. excellent processing quality. Good sound. but unfortunately I had to go back, they switched to other radios at work so I didn't need it. I definitely recommend it.

Works great. I used it as a ski patrol for a season and had no problems with it. I haven't been particularly kind to the mic and keep it outside of my jacket during a snowstorm and it still works great. A good purchase for use in snow.

I looked at 4 mics for Motorola radios and settled on this one. The price was mid-range and it had some good reviews. I received it on May 25th and have been using it for 16 hours. The mic worked well and is a great product currently. I have 2 screens next week and I will update the mic progress next week.

Bought one of these phones for work as they only contained a radio. The build quality is consistent with the Motorola models issued to management. I've had mine for about four months now and it still looks brand new. My only comment is that it would be nice if they could make 2.5mm and 3.5mm jacks that fit both Motorola radios and Boafengs radios, but I can see how this works could increase the cost and loosen the connector.

I work as a security guard at my workplace and they only give us speaker mics when they have extra funds so I had to buy my own. I've been using it for almost two months at the time of writing this review and I've used it in many different weather scenarios like rain, strong winds and thunderstorms. I've had no problems with it, the material seems to be of good quality and none of my colleagues have complained about the sound being transmitted to their radio. (I think it's great).

I've been using this for a few weeks now and it works great. I patrol the beach a lot and every now and then we have bad weather, everything works fine in the rain. Transmissions are clear and vice versa, my transmissions are easy to hear. Overall I think this mic is a great return. EDIT: After a few weeks, the mic sometimes stops transmitting.
