No suction cup, can't be moved once attached

This attaches with an adhesive disc, no suction cup, which I didn't want as it can't be moved. Also, it's not adjustable for my shower head which is metal and may be heavier than some. The weight pulls the holder all the way forward so it cannot remain in any other position. I kept it because it's enough for now and I need something, but I'm hoping to replace it with something better when I can. At least it was pretty cheap. Wouldn't recommend as it was garbled and the overall quality is so-so.
