I was amazed at the print quality. I used to only buy OEM but it's getting really hard to justify the ever increasing cost so I decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did. I'll be back when I need ink again.

Much cheaper than HP and no noticeable difference in durability to me. I only use my printer for personal use so I'm very happy with the price and quality! I will continue to order this product especially as my HP sees it is a different ink but has no issues with it!

Finally a remanufactured cartridge that actually works and is recognized by my HP 4650 as an HP cartridge. I've ordered from several different Revain vendors and this is the first that worked on the first install. I become a regular customer.

I received 2 cartridges for my HP5255 and both had quality issues. I called their office and although the item was ordered 90 days early (but opened much later) they sent replacement cartridges within 3 days with free shipping. The new cartridge works perfectly. Excellent customer service.

I'm so glad I chose this company instead of paying an incredible amount for just a cartridge from HP! The ink is even better than the original brand and at an affordable price I will order every time I need an ink refill! definitely recommend!

This is my second order. I ordered both color and black for the first time, my color is still half full. I used my printer for a full semester in college and in my class as a teacher. I'm pretty sure I've printed over 2000 pages in black alone. These ink cartridges were accepted by my printer without any problems and have proven to be excellent.

We bought it in October and were about to use the second cartridge and our printer kept telling us that the cartridge has an error and it cannot be used. We tried 6 different ways, restarted the printer, tried the husband, etc. but nothing worked. As a result, I had to go to the store late at night to do some shopping. Absolutely useless. I will not buy it again nor recommend it. And ironically, we can't even get our money back for a product that didn't even work.

So far so good folks! Have been using it for several days. The end result is determined by the number of pages printed with each cartridge. There is a "Pages Printed" counter in the HP app on my PC. If each of them can actually deliver at least 480 pages as advertised, that's definitely 5 stars. If not, I will definitely change my rating when the entire cartridge is gone. I cross my fingers So far no complaints. They are MUCH cheaper than the HP brands.

I am not satisfied with this product because, among other things, it leaked when trying to install. I would like instructions in it to tell the consumer what to do if my HP Office Jet keeps refusing to use this type of ink cartridge even though it is a counterfeit HP 63XL. I've been haggling with my printer for at least 2 weeks now and have tried every suggestion on the insert to get the printer to accept this ink cartridge. Bad luck.
