The app for this device is poorly designed. The light is both too intense and too narrow, like looking at the beam of a flashlight (even with a diffuser). Worst of all, the battery doesn't last the entire class or meeting. It was meant for photography, so if you're ordering it for that, great. Your phone has a great camera, use it. Don't use it.

The magnet is very difficult. It's not very durable and barely stays in an angled position on my laptop. I wish there was a clip instead. It doesn't look like it could be easily attached to other metal objects. You can't turn it off without an app either. The lowest setting of 1-3% works for zoom lighting, but it's better if you also buy your tripod. So I use it, but I don't want those flaws to exist.

Attached this flashlight to my laptop with a suction cup (not included) and used it for zoom. Excellent quality of light, very bright. The diffuser (included) is a must if you use it with the webcam. My only complaint is that the diffuser cap falls off very easily. Not a problem when the light is there, but can be a problem in the field. Battery life is adequate considering how powerful the light is. In general very satisfied!

I bought this product mainly because of its wireless charging capability. I have different types of chargers - this product requires extreme precision when charging. Most of the time it didn't charge on the charging pad. And once you managed (after a few minutes of setup) to pick up a wireless stream, the slightest movement would shut off charging.
