Instructions for a different heating pad were sent to me. There is no temperature setting as they say. You don't know what temperature you actually set, only low, medium and high. Oily substances poured out everywhere.

The wax melter itself is very good! Love the size and the look, it's slim and not bulky like other heaters, plus the temp. The adjustment knob is convenient. However, the heating pad takes time to heat up and melt the wax! I would say 20-30 minutes max. Now I don't like the wax beads themselves at all, they smell very strange, barely remove hair and make things more painful than they should be compared to other wax beads. Not my favorite! This wax is brittle and needs to be applied thickly. It leaves a lot of hair and only comes in small sachets.

I am ordering for the second time. I ordered for my oldest daughter. Both of my girls had so much fun using them with their waxing machine that I bought more.

Wax melts well and smells nice. However, it does not remove hair. I have applied, applied and applied again, but the quality is not very good! And I know it's wax because I tried another brand and it removed the hair.

packages a little smaller than I expected but it's really on me. They look good and seem to melt well in my wax pot which I already have. I love that they also come with 10 sticks. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

warmer not needed. I bought small 1 inch paper cups, just put these beads in and popped them in the microwave. Check the temperature on the inside of your wrist before using heated wax elsewhere. They are great for waxing the inside of the nose. No nose hair trimmer can do what these wax balls can. And also longer. The pearls melt very well and become smooth. Just melt what you need.
