Do not use as a replacement for 64475.

Terrible. Supposed to replace a 64475 Sylvania lamp, but the base is too small. It dangles freely in the body. Useless and waste of time and money. Return same day

Filament broken in two places on arrival

Started up, but the filament broke in two places and the ceramic broke off. Everything was well packed in styrofoam and there were no loose chips or problems with the glass. It wasn't a delivery. It appeared as if a clearly defective item was packed and shipped.

Waste of money and time - DOESN'T WORK - bulb sent defective despite fitting

Lamp did not work but matched my wall light, I also noticed that the filament was broken in several places and the ceramic was cracked despite good bubble wrap. As another reviewer mentioned, this was clearly a defective item before it was packaged and shipped. I sent it back and was sent back about a month later
