2/3 Failed Terribly - Caveat Emptor

I was waiting to write a review having used 6 of the 8 heads. So far 4 out of 6 have been useless. They didn't clean completely and didn't fit the base of the toothbrush. The screw was slightly larger than the Phillips Sonic Care. My guess is that the Chinese fakes are being sold to an unsuspecting dealer.

Pros
  • Toothbrushes & Accessories
Cons
  • No Automatic

Spitting loose bristles!

The first four brushes worked great, no problems. I can't see any reason why the next three would lose their bristles in their mouths. I put three new heads on the base this month because I spit out the bristles that fall out and catch them in the back of my throat. It's strange to be afraid of the toothbrush! I will not buy these again.

Pros
  • Electric Toothbrushes and Accessories
Cons
  • No paint required

The jury is still out on them.

We need replacement toothbrush heads. We received a bunch of nozzles in one package, one color. They are all gray and none of them were in official Philips Sonicare packaging. We've just started using them and so far they seem to be working. Update after a few months

Pros
  • Oral care
Cons
  • Available in black only

  • High marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other brushes

More fake ads!

Why they let people list items in retail packaging and then ship individual items in a box. They are not in the retail box in the photo. These brushes are gentle. I don't think they were treated with care. If they are in retail packaging. I know they haven't released this box since they left the factory. I have no idea how they keep these free ones. This is false advertising.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Doubt

Good but expensive

Philips is obviously very proud of its toothbrush heads. At $46+ for eight replacements, that's almost $6 each. Ouch. They're said to last around 90 days each, but don't use the blue-disappearing bristles to keep track of time. They always disappear well before 90 days. The quality is good, the fit is right and they work just like the ones that originally came with the brush handle. Which of course is exactly as you would expect. So pretty much perfect for its intended purpose, just expensive…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
