Japanese-made Replacement Burner for Standard Size Baby Peacock Hand Warmer Review

The appearance of this burner is slightly different from the old one in my app. The 1978 Peacock is warmer but works great.

When I bought it I was confused as to whether it would fit a regular size Peacock hand warmer, it fits and appears identical to the original.

This was my second purchase of this item to replace the items I used the previous season. After multiple uses, the coals won't stay as strong. I have enough spares for the entire winter season of constant use due to a neuropathy that developed during chemotherapy.

I bought an old hand warmer at an antique store for $8. It works great and it says "Made in Occupied Japan" on it. The element in the burner fell out so I decided to buy a new one that was larger than the heating pad itself. Works as it should and gives off a nice even heat.

These replacement burners fit the new Peacock Standard hand warmer which is also new here at Revain. Great device and Peacock is the original hand warmer, in production since 1923. Good to know that these burners exist. I bought a couple of these as I have 4 Peacock Standard hand warmers. Easy installation and usual Peacock quality.

Not much to rate; If you're looking to buy one of these, you already know what it is, what it's for, and you have a hand/pocket warmer that uses it. Standard size Peacock hand warmers. YES - This is a genuine genuine part, not an aftermarket manufacturer. It is identical to what your hand warmer originally came with.

This warmer is good for warming up your hands when put in a woolen jacket pocket. Haven't used it with other jackets yet. I find that the fuel gauge cap that comes with the pocket heater helps ensure it isn't over filled or if it only needs half the burn time etc, it's also very easy to light and will burn until the fuel is gone is. I've ordered an extra large for really cold days at work but haven't received one yet. If it's as good as the smaller version, I'm sure I'll love it too!
