When I installed the new blade heads and started shaving, instead of trimming my mustache, he grabbed it and yanked it out with great pain. Reinstalled several times and tried to shave in several places on the face. Each time only pulled, not cut. I ended up buying a new shaver (which I should have done first).

Based on my title, the product in the box does not match the picture on the box. The title description says these blades are OEM replacements. I suspect this could be construed as a knockoff replacing the OEM blades as it really does look like it. Genuine Phillips OEM blades have 15 blades in each blade circle. They have 9. The head consists of two parts, a comb and a knife. Contains 3 heads, replacement for the original. I shave my head well, but it hurts. After a few weeks it still hurts. The Norelcos I've had in the past didn't hurt. It feels like you're pulling on the mustache, not lifting it and cutting it, but pulling and cutting it. (It's not a pain on a scale of 1 to 10 or anything, but I don't need it every morning.) I'll go back to my 40 year old 110v Norelco cord.

I have to say I am disappointed with these replacement blades for my Norelco razor. I've been using them for a few weeks now and was hoping they would work better after the "breaking-in" period. It doesn't seem to be. Although they're sold as OEM replacement blades (and come in a Philips box), they don't offer the same close shave as original blades.
