I'd say it's definitely less durable than the original. However, the rubber material is very comfortable, lightweight and seems to fit the fénix 3 very well. There was a spare strap loop and two necessary screwdrivers. I'm sure it won't last as long as the original, but $8 is good.

My son wears these to allow the watch to fit his wrist (the strap fits snugger than most). But the strap that holds the strap together after the buckle breaks much faster than the strap itself. We go through them every 6 months. They can be much more durable. But the group is great!

Compared to the original Garmin strap, this one is a complete junk. I think two months is enough if you are lucky. The loop around the strap does not hold the extra strap in place. Does not come with spare screws like the original strap. I'm glad it was only $10 but I'd rather pay more for something of high quality and durability.
