Replenix Discoloration Glycolic Acid Cleanser, 6.7 Fl Oz - Effective Resurfacing Formula Review

I have struggled with adult acne (hormonal) for many years, particularly on the chin area. This cleanser really helped clear my skin. It won't stain clothes like benzoyl peroxide or dry them out like other cleaners. It exfoliates like a scrub without the irritation that scrubs can cause. It's the perfect balance of softness and efficiency. I sometimes leave it on my face for a few minutes when I feel like extra exfoliation is needed it seems to help, not irritating.

Seems to be working but not fast enough. :>) I don't see any moisturizing effect at all. It really made my skin drier. So use an extra moisturizer so you don't feel so tight.

I used to buy this from a dermatologist and found the price cheaper. It didn't smell or work like the original product. The label was a transparent sticker on the tube, not printed on the tube like the original. I will not buy it again, except at a dermatologist's office.

I'm on pads, creams at a 20% level and also use Vitaminized Cream. This cleaner is a big disappointment. I love other Glycolix products but this is a big NO. I do NOT recommend. No results, nothing special, not worth the price, not even a $5 product. Big fan of Glycolix, very disappointed with this moisturizing cleanser.

Can I only use it once/every other day or is it too aggressive for my skin. It perfectly exfoliates the skin, leaving it fresh and fresh. I don't think it's that moisturizing, but maybe my skin is too sensitive to get to that stage. Be sure to patch test for everyday use so you don't burn your skin.
