2 amazing Perfect Habitat to help my monarch caterpillars grow. Can watch carefully, feed, grow and move to a large habitat when ready to move into a pupa. easy to clean and disinfect and carry cats when needed. Will definitely buy again if needed.

Okay, it's my own fault. I just saw the picture and clicked "Buy Now". So my main complaint is that it's overpriced for the size. He's tiny! Your average caterpillar set is 5 caterpillars, that looks too limited for 5 butterflies. It should cost 2-3 dollars maximum.

It has a denser grid, is cheaper and works. Instead of a clip for hanging, they have long handles. Doesn't look as finished as another brand but for my use it works. Baby mantises could NOT escape and this is a butterfly waiting area. (If the picture is crooked, I uploaded it wrong)

It's just amazing! Butterfly cat apartment! Excellent workmanship and perfect size for butterfly caterpillar beginners. I will definitely recommend it to friends! I wish a future version had a second zip at the bottom to accommodate the caterpillar that fits in the J and the pupa at the top zip.

This is the perfect size for young praying mantises. I managed to keep a couple of golden Asian mantises in there (one per enclosure of course!) until they needed more space. Although mantises usually like to sit on the top cover, if you buy one for mantises, be careful when unzipping it to avoid scaring or injuring them.

Restcloud cases are the best - strong, stitching and zippers are strong, easy to clean (sanitized with bleach). I use these small ones for pupae that don't need to be kept in the larger aviary temporarily but move them to a larger aviary as they near the aviary. They would be too small for a recently locked butterfly (I think).

This is perfect for my 6 year old daughter to catch butterflies but was a little smaller than expected. It's about the size of a 2 liter soda bottle, so it's good for a butterfly. but I wouldn't put more in at once. It would be nice if it came with a clasp or something to keep the thing closed when not in use - it's always expanding.

Great product! We sent them to all our grandchildren. They immediately started using them. Even our one year old granddaughter catches pill bugs and infects herself! Ideal for the beach, nature walks and backyards. A great interactive element to encourage children to explore. Now I have to order something for my grandma :)

This worked very well when our praying mantis hatched. I bought one for each egg box (10) and each egg box hatches 100-2000 praying mantises. That was great! The mantises were ventilated and safe during hatching. I had to look very closely to see if they hatched because although they are see-through, they are not entirely see-through.
