Sounds like a good product but the four plastic tabs that seal the tube broke on first use. Not strong enough for repeated use. Updated (1/29). One of the hoses leaked and contained water. It shouldn't be that difficult to fit the cords into the tube and keep the plugs from sitting in the water that spurted out when I picked up the tube. It seems dangerous to me.

This is a great idea for road use but the little tabs are so difficult to open and can break like the first time you open them. Had to open my husband up to use and turn the Christmas lights back off. To release the tabs, you must squeeze the device. Serves to keep the joints dry, green is ideal for camouflage in the vegetation. It's just too hard to open to use and then the tabs break too easily.

Disappointed and upset. I bought a couple of these to protect my outdoor lights but then I found water and my headlights shorted out! Not only have I spent money on this, but I now need to replace some of the lamps I bought this summer. The blocks look well sealed so I'm confused as to how the water got in. Cables should be soldered to rubber ends and all myriad 4-click fasteners. You cannot block it if the cables are not properly placed in the device. Extremely unpleasant!
