So good I've bought more for the office. The Double Flip is durable and doesn't look cheap. I wanted a two choice sign and the ones that say "in a meeting" aren't that good because sometimes someone doesn't want to be disturbed but isn't in a meeting. In addition, the flip has a hard stop. Some other signs don't, and the slide will fall down immediately if you keep pushing it in any direction. A hard stop makes a quick easy flip. Highly recommended.

The sign was a little smaller than expected but perfect for the purpose.
