Considering the price of this tie, I was expecting a bit of a rough material and some sheen, but I was pleasantly surprised. Dark blue color, a bit dark for an American look but it will work.

My teenage son needed a tie for his prom. As the theme was 'All the Stars in the Sky' I was definitely hoping to find something that said 'funny and young' rather than 'my first job interview' and we were very lucky to find it! The print has the correct scaling to blend with other prints. While the print and the very reasonable price initially convinced me to buy this tie, I was very impressed by the quality of the fabric and the cut. The ties were excellent! I bought them for the groom at my wedding. Our theme was "Starry Night" and it was a perfectly subtle addition. They wore black suits with this tie and they all looked great.

White stars on a blue field tie matched my newly purchased red and white striped 4th of July shirt perfectly. I haven't bought a tie in a while and this one is a little narrower than the ones I have but probably wider than the old ones I have on my tie hanger. I liked the tie, no complaints.
