Factory lenses are scratched but Oakley are not offering a replacement as the Pit Bull is being discontinued. Offered to buy another model at a reduced price. I decided to give Revants a try and got Oxbow Amber. These are fantastic lenses and I'm glad I went down this route. The color is well suited for the transition from bright sunlight to shady areas. I use them for cycling and it's great for getting from open areas to shady/heavy forests. Do they have the same optical quality as OEM lenses?

I have tried another brand of non-Oakley lenses and they don't compare to these lenses at all. I earn my living with a wrench and always carry sunglasses with me. If they can scratch, they will. They can be scratched but are very durable. My last lenses lasted a year before I wanted a new pair. They tend to be a bit darker than brown tinted lenses from the same manufacturer and it took me a while to get used to the tint but I like them. I've received many compliments on her looks.

I got these for a trip to Hawaii as a "cheap" way to put polarized glasses on an old Oakley frame I already had. The quality was good, maybe they worked fine for the trip.
