By measuring the width of the strap I was replacing I knew it would fit correctly. Just had to cut a notch in the middle of the flat end to fit around the centering tab in the buckle. The pin on the buckle needs to be pressed hard to go through the hole the first time; with additional use, the hole opens slightly.

Received a Ferragamo belt as a gift from my wife a few years ago, the belt is completely worn out but the buckle still looks new. Happy to find this replacement that looks like the original at such a great price. But I got the size wrong the first time because I chose my jeans waist size 32, I had to return them and buy 36, they fit perfectly. My belt now looks like new. Great return policy too!

My waist size is 36. A size 38 belt gives me about 7 inches from the opening. I'm at the end of hole #4. But I prefer my belt to be a bit longer. Next time I'll take 40 inches. Good quality belt.

Excellent product. I have replaced two of my belts with them, one for black and one for brown reversed. My dress straps have very good hand clip buckles with interchangeable straps. They look just as good as the original leather ones. The straps are a little stiff, which actually gives a solid feel. And the shin on the belt is very good. I can't tell the original straps from these and the original straps were very good straps that have lasted over 10 years (I take very good care of my clothes).

This was a replacement for the reversible and detachable strap that attached to the buckle I bought from Kohl's a year ago. My belt was worn out and the trim started tearing in the hole I use. I got a new belt a few weeks ago and it works great. The hole I use has wrinkles, but the leather is still strong and flexible. I will be happy if I can benefit from it for about a year with constant use.
