Sealed and arrived in perfect condition. Very smooth app. This is a very good lipstick, I'm just sure it's for me. To be honest, I haven't put lipstick on my lips for several decades because I just can't find the right color. I used to wear a lot of lip balm but thought I needed more color. This color is fine. Maybe I'll switch to a tinted lip balm. I prefer to buy cosmetics from Revain because I've had too many problems with locally bought counterfeit cosmetics.

I bought this color because of the picture. It turned out a beautiful rich color. Instead I got almost a pastel. I understand that I have some color on my lips but if this lipstick looked like the picture it would be perfect for me. I'm always fooled by pictures. I am ashamed. I've scoured the internet and watched millions of episodes of The X-Files to find the perfect Dana Scully color and finding the right shade is incredibly difficult. Toast of New York is a "classic" shade, like it was from the 1950's or so OG, although I didn't see it myself until the late 90's. This is the lipstick I've been looking for all these years! It's smooth to the touch but has a matte finish and is the perfect nude shade for an MLBB look. Note: I am fairly pale so most "nude" tones are too dark, but others are too pale as they are more for a "frosty" look.
