Heavy and difficult to handle

I'm trying to find out why this product has such a high rating. For the past few years I've used a leather "money case" as a front pocket wallet. My new pup was chewing on it, so I decided to try the Ridge Wallet, which is an aluminum wallet. I was shocked at how difficult it actually seemed. The money clip was also very loose. If you only have a few bills, they slip down very easily. It was also difficult for me to get the cards out of my wallet quickly. It's not impossible, but it's…

Ridge wallet Received a few months after receiving a similar unbranded wallet as a birthday present. After a few months, the unbranded version wore out and became too loose to hold my cards in place. The money clip also started to wobble. I looked around for a replacement and found the Ridge to be a better choice. DON'T PAY $75 MORE, best in wallets

Strength is at the level of two pieces of metal and a small clip for money. and honestly still not even great. The clip broke after 5-6 months and the metal looks worn and scratched. The elastic bands that hold it together wear out. I don't hate it, but regular wallets, which take a lot more effort to build, cost less and last a lot longer than this one, which is literally two pieces of metal and three rubber bands to hold it together.
