Update: Everything is fine with the lamps

I originally gave this lamp a bad review but the problem I had during use was related to the projector itself (the same thing happens with another new one lamp) . Upgrading the rating to 4 stars because this bulb worked correctly and the rainbow effect is not related to the bulb itself.

Outstanding customer service! Would have given 5 stars but first came a broken lightbulb. The company was quick to respond and shipped me a new, working lightbulb within a week for free! The lamp is bright and appears to be working perfectly at this point. Again, great customer service!
