Two thumbs down. Unless you specifically intend to use it to massage your neck, it's useless. Much less than expected and when they do indeed get warm enough the grips are still too hot to hold while the rest is cold.

I use these in my massage parlor and love the feel of it. I slide the small side between my fingers, which gives me better use of my hands. Then I turn them over so I can work with the trigger point with the little pin. Very smooth and holds heat well. Easy to disinfect.
