very comfortable. My wife used it to sleep. Has helped her neck pain. She did well in the car too. It's a very soft fleece material, which is a plus. And she loves how the traction threads can connect to keep her in place and tight. It comes with a nice carry case and earbuds. The earbuds are unlikely to be used often, but are a nice addition. Because it's memory foam, it's easy to squeeze into your pocket and you don't have to inflate it. Generally comfortable.

I have several of these and have traveled extensively (before the coronavirus). This pillow has many great features like an adjustable rope lock and a pocket. I don't know how many times I've wanted to pull a pillow around my neck on an airplane so it wouldn't move and I would sleep. Since I can't travel, I tested it in my living room and I only liked one exception. The rope should be longer. I wear glasses and can't put a pillow on my glasses. Not a big deal, but that would be my only "feature
