Not recommended. I'm in training and the first day of use both broke on the top plastic and after a few days the stitching on the Velcro came undone. I would suggest looking for another brand.

Terrible quality, not very comfortable, doesn't fit the knee, very hard. It's like tying a plate to your knee, yes it's tight and protects it, but you can't move and it won't bend. DO NOT BUY THIS. I'm getting a refund.

I am currently in military training and bought these knee pads because of the reasonable price and the fact that they matched my uniform. They fit pretty well, but the first time I knelt in, the plastic cracked. I would understand if it was on stone or something but it was on a tiled floor.
