I am appalled by the steamer they sent me. When I received the box it looked very decent, when I opened it I immediately noticed that it was dirty. When I took the pieces apart to put them back together I could tell that the product was very discreet, damaged, missing parts and even had mold in the storage tank. Disgusting. Send back.

This steamer does its job really well. I work in the fashion industry and have used many steamers that drip, get too hot with too little steam, or just take a long time to heat up. It's not one of those vapes, it's the complete opposite and it works really well! Rowenta consistently produces a quality product that helps me be presentable in minutes. Also great for lining bed and table linens to make all edges super sharp!

After using a hand held/portable vape last year and how it died on me; I recently upgraded to this amazing device. It handles the toughest vaping tasks well and is up and running in minutes! The only complaint I have about this steamer is that the sliding/folding legs on it are plastic which makes the unit appear cheaper than it actually is. So far it has held my jackets with no problems. Plus it does what it's supposed to do with no problems.
