The problem is not with the product. We are talking about damaged banks. They have not been damaged in transit, this is when each tin is badly dented meaning they are damaged in the packaging. The product is ok but I think you should note that you will receive a damaged product.

This food is of high quality and the price is high. As requested, I can't say anything about the taste because I haven't consumed any of it myself. I will say that the last batch I received contained several badly dented cans. The packaging was undamaged, so they were sent in this condition. This happened more than once.

I know it may seem small but I feed my dog every day. Simply taking food out of a jar shouldn't be such a hassle — not when other brands add a gelatinous surface around the rim. This allows food to come out without having to scrape out the inside like you would a peanut butter jar just to get most of it out. Not much, but under otherwise equal conditions. ;)

I live in Hawaii. Dog food is expensive. I am buying this because my dog loves Royal Canin and for 2000 miles it is the best value. That is delicious? I do not know. it's dog food. I won't eat it! Quality ingredients? I do not know that either. It looks like a sponge brick to me. But my dog has a sensitive stomach and is fine with this product, so I like it.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the Royal Canine cans that I received with my last order. Today when I was packing, I noticed that the cans were dented. I take extra care when shopping at the grocery store so I don't crumple the cans. Both of my beagles love this food and I'm really seeing improvements in my older beagle. He is more active and almost keeps up with my younger beagle Finn. I love this dog food but not the crumpled cans. Thank you Carolyn Lezotte.
