Small and discreet for automotive electronics

Very discreet camera. If you mount it behind the rear view mirror, it becomes almost invisible from the outside, does not block the view and does not distract from the inside. I wish the app had more features but it does the job. Audio and video are excellent. Audio can be turned off for use in states that prohibit audio recording of passengers etc. without consent.

COMPACT and DISCRETE

This camera is very compact and barely visible from the outside behind the rear-view mirror. It doesn't draw attention to itself with flashy text or logos like some others do to draw attention to it. It works great and the resolution is great. The app works well and connects easily to the camera so you can view or download any video clips on your phone. Great buy and value for money!

Connecting the app to Android is a difficult task

I only connected to Android and it was difficult. The how-to booklet needs improvement to include everything on the RSC Labs support page. Turning off AT&T Smart WiFi and turning off mobile data allowed me to connect the app and dashcam. Video quality is good. It was the size that made me want to try this and it is very discreet and easy to place. Connecting the application to the DVR is not intuitive and requires some work. UPDATE: The device will now record for 1 minute and then stop…

Works well and has excellent image quality.

The quality and software was hopeless for a cheaper dash cam model so I spent $100 on the Nano and I'm glad I did. The Nano works automatically when connected to a switched power supply, and its viewing angle is a good balance of coverage and readability for a front-facing camera. Using a 3 minute interval and medium resolution seems to work well for me. It sits to the right of my mirror and I can't see it while driving. If he hadn't beeped I wouldn't have known he was there. The files are…
