The amount we got for the price was great! Also doesn't look like the typical hair chalk I've bought in the past. Pretty messy as the chalk isn't in your hands but in a plastic case. Didn't pay attention to everything that was in the kit either so I was surprised by the extra bows, clips and comb!

This was for my 7 year old niece. It's a little tricky to color the hair and it takes a lot of strokes to see the difference. After that, make sure it doesn't touch anything as it comes off easily. However, the colors are bold colors. You could say it's "chalk" of course, but my niece loves it!

I bought this product for my two nieces for their birthday and it was a hit. They were so excited when they unpacked it that they immediately opened it. Not only did they dye each other's hair, they also started dying my hair and beard, which was pretty fun when I went out in public. Great gift for any occasion!

I am very impressed with this hair chalk my 5 and 10 year olds can easily and easily use on their own. It turns out smooth (not chalky) and the color is deep and vibrant. We have used other brands which got rough, looked like crayons (wax) in the hair and the color was light. Washes off easily with water. We both enjoyed using this product on my daughter as it was mainly chalk crayon used to color her hair. We used red and purple in her hair, which is more of a dirty blonde color, but we had to smudge it heavily with gloves to make it stand out.
