I am very satisfied with the bed frame. It fits perfectly on my bed and stays in place. It hangs on the ground. I suppose you can choose how high or low you want it by adjusting how high you place it. I have it on the bottom of the mattress after I tuck the sheet on. We have an adjustable frame so there is a bar at the foot of the bed. This made it impossible to use the skirt on the bed so this was my last option to try. I'm so glad it worked and looks amazing on the bed.

I was amazed to find a 21 inch folding skirt for my antique bed. But it can't be 21 inches under any circumstances. It's no more than 18 inches.
