This thing is strong - I was expecting a cheap flimsy Chinese canister but there's meat in this thing. Should hold up very well. Mine comes with a vented cap so you can use it as a non-pressurized overflow without modification. There were a few flakes on the black powder coating so it has some pizzazz - good product.

I bought this for a motorcycle I am building. It's a good size for it and is made of thick metal with no dents. The color is black but there is actually a small metallic speck which is nice. The supplied hose and clamps suck and I would replace them with something better like a fuel line. There is no vent hole, the lid is not vented, but that's not a problem for me.

It was aluminum, not plastic, and the size didn't take up space. The first one I received did not have any brackets, nuts, clips or screws as pictured and described. I received the replacement quickly but it was obvious it was a return. It had all the parts but they were scratched and damaged. I installed it but used my own mod items to install it. After all, it's invisible and better than plastic.

Decent piece for its price. A few improvements can make it 5*. The bracket must be welded to the tank. The hose clamp attachment method works, but not very well. Also, the lid isn't vented, and drilling a hole in the top is pretty stupid. But it works like a surge/overflow tank on my jeep. Silver is not anodized, it's just silver color. I specifically ordered it hoping for a polished or shiny look, but it is painted silver.
