Ease of use

No Instructions very good. It's not easy to use. When following the step-by-step guide, I found that a step or two was missing.

It didn't come with a power cord and is a little tricky to use, and there's no way to contact the company for information.

And it's a bit difficult to use because you can't tell what it does. There are control buttons on the back but no feedback. You say 'Record', 'Volume Up', 'Volume Down', 'Playback', 'Manual/Auto' and 'Previous' with no indication that anything happens when they are pressed. At the same time, the mechanical play button plays. But I can't tell I think it could be mono and not stereo but it's still very hard to tell.
