The best thing about saaibio is that its very user friendly for both new users as well as existing users. I love having all my data in one place and being able to access them from any device at anytime. There are some things which could have been simplified but overall i am happy! It has helped me organize my work better by creating separate tabs for different projects or tasks. The ability for multiple users or teams in one system is great when you have several people working together as well as different departments within the same business unit (e.g., accounting vs HR).
It's very customizable but sometimes there are issues that arise where certain functions do not work properly.

The best part about Sabio is that I am able to access my customer information from anywhere in the world! This has helped me keep up with all of our clients' needs even while working remotely (I'm currently living overseas). It's also very helpful for when we have team meetings as well since everyone always knows what they need next by logging into their account. There are some bugs here or there but nothing too major - just minor issues like having trouble getting notifications through email…
