A must-have tool during COVID: SABIO

The best thing about saaibio is that its very user friendly for both new users as well as existing users. I love having all my data in one place and being able to access them from any device at anytime. There are some things which could have been simplified but overall i am happy! It has helped me organize my work better by creating separate tabs for different projects or tasks. The best part about Sabio is that you get what you need without having to spend too much time in finding what you are

Amazing solution with easy setup and great functionality

The product is very user friendly for both newbies as well experienced users of other products. It has made our life easier by providing us all in one place customer service related data which we used previously scattered between different applications. I don't have any dislikes about this software but if you are looking for something that will help manage contact information then please give Sabio's Customer Support Center at least once try. Very useful and reliable tool, easy solution

- Easy way for our support team to create tickets.- The dashboard makes managing everything from one place very simple.- Quickly send messages or updates through SMS in multiple countries without any delay time! Sometimes I have trouble sending large files via Whatsapp but that is only my error & not saaabiobo's fault :). Great internal communications tool, even with non-tech savvy colleagues

The ability for multiple users or teams in one system is great when you have several people working together as well as different departments within the same business unit (e.g., accounting vs HR). It's very customizable but sometimes there are issues that arise where certain functions do not work properly. I would recommend trying this software if you're looking at more than just email communication between members of staff - look into using other features such as task management/project…

Excellent Customer Relationship Management Software

The best part about Sabio is that I am able to access my customer information from anywhere in the world! This has helped me keep up with all of our clients' needs even while working remotely (I'm currently living overseas). It's also very helpful for when we have team meetings as well since everyone always knows what they need next by logging into their account. There are some bugs here or there but nothing too major - just minor issues like having trouble getting notifications through email…
