This is the second hat I've ordered, even in a different color, with the flower gathered from the back of the ILO side to the front as shown in the picture . The rest of the hat looks great. My husband bought me this hat for the Kentucky Derby party next weekend. It looks great online but it is shipped by USPS and was crumpled and folded into a plastic bag for shipping. I was very disappointed as it looks like it could have been a nice hat but not the quality shown in the picture. I'm not sure it can be darned to fix a crumpled top of a hat. I love this hat! Just got it (ordered with faster shipping because I need it for Derby Day tomorrow!). I ordered a couple of hats to match the clothes I might be wearing and I figured I'd pick the perfect hat first and that will dictate the outfit I'll wear. . I pulled this hat out of a 2 gallon ziplock bag. It was sent in a padded envelope but I like it better than the box. Hats that came in boxes were stuffed into the boxes so the brim wire was literally square. This "floated" in a large soft
