The shoes fit well, they hold onto your heal very well and conform to your feet very well allowing the shoes to stay in place whilst being careful not to blister the back of your heal. The best shoes in the world. I get a million compliments on the look and plan on buying more so I can never go without it. . The tread on the underside is good for trail running, but under the arch it has a custom lug tread that has served me well when riding big, slippery surfaces. Love. Love. Love.

If it was a little wider I would give 5 stars. After a long ride, it only hurts on the sides, especially near the little finger. Suitable for short work/events for people with wide feet
