🕷️ Titanium Black Samson Spider Shockmount Review

I have a Samson G Track Pro and this is the recommended shock mount. I had no trouble setting it up. Remove the mic from its desk stand, then carefully screw it into the center of the shock mount. Looks strong enough.

adapter works great after purchase. It would be much nicer to buy everything together and not to buy an adapter on ebay UPC: 613815722977 MPN: SP04ADAPT. Hope this helps someone :)

No major issues. Threading it in is a bit fiddly, but I was able to fully assemble the G-Track Pro in the SP04. I was a little worried about how strong it would be, but after a week it wouldn't budge. Decently prevents the table from hitting my sound. Sturdy and huge. Just like me. Haha

Like everyone else, I was very skeptical as to whether this damper would fit or not. And I'm here to tell you 100% yes. The Samson G-Track Pro fits this shock like a glove. I didn't have to buy anything else to make it fit. I had 0 problems. Plug and play and I didn't have to worry about anything else.

Pairing with G Track Pro. What I found interesting is that the mount comes with an adapter for a thinner type of microphone mount. into my G Track Pro, but I had to make sure it was lined up properly before going all the way in. So be patient and it seems to be working fine. I installed it and it holds up well in different angles and positions. .

Works with original G-Track but NOT G-Track Pro. There is another list on Amazon with many reviews and it seems to be split between people saying it is and it isn't. I only bought it to see if it would work, but the mechanism used to screw on the bottom of the mic has a burr; this lip (red) is too high for the threads (blue) on the microphone and connector bracket.
