Works best with subwoofers

I'm not a techie but this does my Samsung soundbar really well. Also connects instantly to the soundbar by simply plugging it in. Like it a lot!

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Fits

Don't expect to be blown away.

When I bought this subwoofer I was expecting a replacement subwoofer that came with my soundbar. When I installed it I was very upset. It's not worth the cost. FYI, my soundbar is a Samsung HW-Q70t.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Safety

Quite a subwoofer!

I don't regret this purchase, it's a pretty good subwoofer, maybe not the best in the world, but I can feel my floor vibrating at a lower volume and even my roommate can feel it when I use it turns out it's, I'd say, a lot more valuable than other subwoofers you get with soundbars.

Pros
  • understandable even for the old
Cons
  • crumpled

Bad for subwoofer

I hated that subwoofer. It's not about the product itself, it's that Samsung makes products that don't easily connect via Bluetooth. I've been trying to connect my Samsung TV to a Samsung subwoofer for a while. but nothing. So I sent it back. I then bought a Polk soundbar and subwoofer and they were a perfect match.

Pros
  • Positive only
Cons
  • Useless features

Small, crisp bass - overpriced

Defined but small sound. Paired with the hw-s60t, which already has 2 woofers on the panel, it adds sub-bass capability and a bit of low-end power. So yes, it's nice to have and it adds to the sound, but what you get is way less than $300. Buy on sale or used when you need it.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Compatibility
