Apparently not compatible with my Acer Aspire V laptop. When I connect it to my laptop, it slowly starts beeping. I have tried other chargers and had no such problems. I think it was sold to me defective or incompatible.

Need a replacement adapter to use my laptop in different places without wiring problems. This replacement is exact, with the same specs, even the name "ACER" is engraved on the case. Even though they warn you to order an adapter with the correct pen size for your laptop, this adapter comes with an extra resizing key for your computer! Great purchase, nice that it works right away. Highly recommended.

I bought this adapter 1 year ago. When I received it the wires in the cable going to the laptop appeared to be twisted so I could never get the cable straight which left kinks and twists all the time. The connector to the laptop was also loose and slipped out easily. I just ordered another brand. I hope for better luck.

Purchased for an Acer monitor (S241HL), not for a laptop. Thanks to the accurate description and photos, it works exactly as I had hoped. I bought it to accompany my computer when I go to the office. This product works intermittently at best. You plug it into your computer and if it doesn't fit properly, it won't charge the computer. Even if you place it so that the charging icon appears on the computer, most of the time it turns off and your battery is not charged. Very disappointed. I would have sent it back straight away but due to COVID I was out of the office a long time after purchasing it and didn't realize it was a lemon…
