Satco S2328 Halogen Degrees Dimmable Review

The first one didn't work. The company automatically indicated that I don't need to return it. Not sure if it was because I was on day 29 of 30 and eligible to return. I didn't want to mess around to return something so cheap. Anyway got a new bulb two days later and it works!

I needed to replace my Slyvania Par 20, 50W. They lived 10 years! So far I like the light they throw better. They are warmer, softer, but shine (in my opinion) better than Sylvania. (FYI: You won't be able to get those bulbs anymore.) Also, these bulbs have tiny handles around the perimeter so I can screw them in easily. (I have deep recessed lights.) Brilliant design! Finally someone has a clue!

These lamps are rubbish. I had a brand before, 3 different bulbs lasted more than 4 years - not a single one blew out in my apartment in the first 4 years. Unfortunately I bought some of these to replace and they burned left and right. Some don't last more than a few weeks. At first I thought it was an accident, but it's pretty clear now that these lightbulbs are just plain awful. I like the convenience of Revain, but I will buy bulbs elsewhere in the future.
