💡 Satco S2403 Halogen 2-Pack: High Lumen Output for Bright Illumination Review

Very short life - each lamp only lasted a month as a porch. Only 4-6 hours a day, but these didn't survive. Not recommended for porch use!

I forgot to complain during the return period; However, if half of the order arrives broken, the cost of one bulb will be the same as the cost of two. The one that arrived in great shape, well served.

The first onions arrived mashed in a box with detergent and nothing, with a piece of brown kraft paper between them. I came back with a photo/description of the dissatisfaction. Half of the replacement order was made wrong (the item inside was attached to the side)! Seriously, how did it pass the quality check!

One of the two bulbs was broken inside but for some reason it still works. The packaging was very poor and the box was crushed in a large box with other heavy items inside. These are bright white lightbulbs for use in bathroom vanities where the lightbulbs are on display in my crystal clear glass spheres. I would buy again if the packaging was better.

I've never seen a light bulb burn out so quickly. They were only used about 4 hours a day, 3 or 4 nights a week as the lamp is purely decorative. I bought these clear halogen bulbs because they were recommended as the best for stained glass. Then.POP! on everyone as I pulled the chain. This brand is a waste of money. I have never written a bad review for Revain but they deserve it.

I hope this is a strange case. I bought 4 boxes of these lamps as my lights require this. I opened the first box and the first bulb burned out, the second I turned on the light. I hope that's the only one. UPDATE: April 2019. This was the only instance of the bulb blowing out immediately, but I am not happy with the lifespan of these bulbs. I love these outdoor lights in my jam jar. They look 100 times better than ugly spiral bulbs, white incandescent bulbs or LED combo bulbs. I would have preferred the look of an Edison to a globe but these bulbs are so weak. They are perfect to light up my garden. One star deducted because a lightbulb died in less than three weeks, perhaps from multiple uses. We don't turn on the lights at night, we only use them to see the road when we need to go out after dark, which happens for a few minutes…
